
Headquartered in New York City, Global Quality Services developed as a business concept more than 20 years ago. By then its President, David McVey had already worked for several large international inspection and testing organizations, selling and servicing import clientele. Over time, he began to realize that, all too often, the bureaucratic structure of these large organizations had an adverse impact on the quality and consistency of their performance.
During the ensuing years, as a consultant, he had the opportunity to work with several medium size inspection and testing organizations possessing the attitudes and techniques necessary to develop into professional quality management organizations. For one thing, they employed and trained intelligent, reliable, experienced, and loyal personnel. Fulltime professional managers, engineers, and inspectors totally focused on improving the quality and delivery of their client’s imported product.
However, these testing and inspection organizations, though known and respected in their own countries, did not have the wherewithal to establish their own full time marketing office in the United States. Thus, Global Quality Services was incorporated in order to represent a select group of these organizations, strategically located in Asia and Europe.

value added testing services that allows you to meet or exceed production
goals without a substantial investment of your time and resources.
